How winners are picked
This page explains the operational flow: entry validation, cap enforcement, winner selection, verification, certificate creation, and public proof.
1. Entry validation
Paid and free entries are validated against caps, eligibility, and any skill question rules.
2. Draw record
The draw mode, scheduled date, and evidence settings are fixed in admin before launch.
3. Winner selection
A winner is selected from the valid pool and the selection summary is stored against the competition.
4. Verification
Winner contact, proof status, fulfilment notes, and certificate data are logged before the proof page goes live.
5. Public archive
Result page, certificate file, evidence pack, and winner proof remain available as part of the public archive.
